X Festival Refuse to let Big Narstie Perform

X Festival based in Cardiff have caused quite an uproar tonight both at there festival and on Twitter.

According to Big Narstie, X Festival would not let him perform this evening at the festival despite being booked for a headline spot.

Big Narstie & his Management made an announcement via Periscope. Stating that the festival organisers had only booked Big Narstie to boost ticket sales and had no intention of letting him perform as The promoters knew the local police would not allow a Grime act to perform.

Twitter was in Uproar!

It's disgusting man, people have also gone to see @bignarstie too. People should ask for refunds from XFest.

According to Narstie the promoter also asked him to keep quiet about the whole thing.

If this is correct its extremely unprofessional behaviour from X Festival and ticket holders should be offered a refund for this behaviour.

Neither the Festival or the Police have made a statement at this time.
